Tonye Garrick Rocks Blue Cape by Gozel Green

Singer/ Songwriter Tonye Garrick rocked a simple but bright look to her Press Breakfast at The Clear Essence Spa in Lagos on Feb 17th.
She wore a blue cape from designer Gozel Green's 'Broken Pots and Other Stories' 2014 collection which had more of a beachy feel on the runway. Tonye's tailored black shorts are by Dahlia.
She paired them with a black cami and added a pop of color with some mustard yellow heels.

Bob Manuel Udokwu Celebrate Wife Of 15 Years

Nollywood actor and media personality, Bob Manuel Udokwu, is a happy man today. He is celebrating his marriage to his beautiful wife, Casandra to whom he got married to in 2000.
He extols her virtues as more than just a partner but as the foundation on which the marriage rest. He further acknowledged her patience in dealing with his many past sins.
He said, "She is not only a home maker but a friend, lover, wife, mother, partner, adviser confidant and many more positive attributes rolled into one! We both determined to make our marriage work and show good example to those coming behind. We dialogue and show mutual respect to each other. The name Mode 9 is that which most rap music lovers in Nigeria would readily attribute as one of the greats in the industry. Mode 9 is known for his wordplay and lyrics.
Speaking recently, Mode 9 says he refuses to do the commercial rap style that has now become the order of the day in the industry, stressing that he will remain a hard-core rapper. He said the pressure to become famous will not make him change.
"Today’s music is evil, they say, but who made it evil? What I’m trying to say is that my kind of rap, which people used to love sometimes ago, may not be loved today, but that does not change my music. I will continue to do what I love doing and what seems right with me and my fans.

I Shook Odogbolu Like An Elephant During My Campaign—Dayo Adeneye

Dayo Adeneye, popularly called ‘D1’ has shared his experience in politics. The soft-speaking showbiz personality said he did not lose out the All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries in his Odogbolu constituency, but he was prevailed upon to support the eventual winner of the party’s slot.
He described himself as an ‘elephant’ that shook the environment of Odogbolu during the primaries. The co-founder of Kennis Music group said he was ready to work for the party’s success over personal success.

Nigerian RnB singer, Vast of Bracket, says he and his other group member, Smash, will continue to stay as a family and as a group until death knocks.
Vast, who recently survived a battle with Lymphoma, a type of blood cancer, explained that surviving such an ailment was worth glorifying God for. According to him, he had thought that it was the end of his journey on earth, but God saw him through.
The singer recalled the initial state of his health to his current physic and noted that health is more important than making money and would gladly choose good health over money.

As some celebrities plans to travel on February 14, which happens to be the same day set aside for the Nigeria’s 2015 general elections , criticisms from fans continue to crawl in as they have shown displeasure on their celebs planed absence.
First it was comedian, BasketMouth that was tongue lashed of not being a patriotic citizen for fixing his comedy event in London on the same day. After defending himself, fans have taken another swipe at singer Wizkid who will also be performing at the event.
A fan told Wizkid that since he will not be around on the same day, he does not think he will vote since the singer will not be around to set an example.
Wizkid responded by advising the fan to vote as the show was already planned before the election date was fixed.
