Odunlade Adekola Makes Me watch yoruba movies—Amanda Ebeye

Nollywood actress, Amanda Ebeye, recently confessed her admiration for a top Yoruba actor, Odunlade Adekola.
Amanda, who met with her crush over the weekend at an event in Lagos, disclosed that she Odun, as the tall and handsome actor is fondly called by his teeming fans, made her start watching Yoruba films.
“And that was how I saw my crush of life, Odunlade, live at the awards. I almost collapsed. This guy made me start watching Yoruba movies. From ‘Sunday Dagboru’ to ‘Monday Omo Adugbo’. I have all his movies in my house,” she said.
She described Odun as “a fantastic and amazing actor,” disclosing further that she “could not breathe” when she eventually met her crush.
Amanda Ebeye has starred in countless number of movies and soap operas including ‘Clinic Matters’, ‘Everyday People’, and ‘Super Story’. The Delta State-born model-cum-actress is also now a movie producer.

I Don’t Feel Anything While Playing Romantic Roles…Mercy Johnson

It does not seem possible to take romantic roles away from acting but local and international. But the simple actions that stands many out is the way they are able to interprete their roles matters a whole lot.
For Nollywood actress, Mercy Johson-Okojie, she has been extremely careful with the roles and scripts she gets as not to allow anything affect her union.
She recently explained with her versatility in the industry, while interpreting her romantic roles, she does not allow those scenes get into her as she closes her eye while delivering her part.
“whenever there is need to for romantic roles, I close my eyes and say this could have been avoided. I don’t really feel anything. We only teach with our roles, she told Naij.

Evangelist Mike Bamiloye Confesses That Piracy Is Affecting Him

The President of Mount Zion Faith Ministry, Mike Bamiloye, has cried out to the government to help tackle the menace of piracy.
Speaking at the 30th Anniversary of the ministry, Bamiloye said confessed that piracy had affected the Christian movie production outfit but God has been helpful.
He said, "Film producers have gone bankrupt due to piracy. If government has implemented a strong policy to punish them, then people behind piracy will stay off.
"It is also affecting us but God has been our strength. We have graduated over 2,400 people from our drama ministry and over 600 student abroad."

Shan George 'Fight' Nigerian DJs

Beautiful Nollywood actress, Shan George, has come out to speak the mind of many as she picked on what is currently trending in the Nigerian music industry with some DJs.
The actress pointed out that many Nigerian DJs were now turning to musicians, featuring artistes and playing only the songs they are featured in.
Kicking against this trend, she questioned the faith of those who are core singers of what will now happen to their songs which the DJs will choose not to play.
“Now that every DJ is a musician, and plays songs they feature in only, who will promote core musicians. wahala dey for your song if you no ft any DJ,” she said.
It could be recalled that the actress aside making good movies, is currently managing her son, Jaga, who has released some good hits overtime and could possibly not be happy with the way DJs handle some songs on air.

Bovi & AY's Fight Deepens Over 'Use Your Head Comedy Skit'

Its a general knowledge that two of Nigeria's popular comedians Bovi and AY have been at lodger heads for a very long time.
The reasons for their fight have recently been spotted out.
Few months ago, while promoting his show, he put up an hilarious skit.
In the skit, he tells his security man (comedian Funny Bone) to use his head in a bid to stop his girlfriend from visiting him during his date with another. When the security man asks how to prevent her from gaining entry, AY says "Use your head" When the girl comes, the security man headbutts her.
However, that comedy skit did not go down well with Bovi who felt cheated, because the skit and joke was his.
In response to the skit, Bovi recently took to his Instagram to share a video from 8 years ago where he cracked a joke at the Night of a thousand laugh.

Singer, Sunny Nneji, is not a new name in the industry after his hit song; ‘Oruka’ gained the attention of many Nigerians thereby creating high demands at various weddings across the country.

Sunny explained that his wife brought changes into his life and everything turned around for good.

Nollywood actress, Stephanie Okereke-Linus, has disclosed that she never wanted to let people know she was pregnant until her photographs started flying on the internet.
She explained that it was only few family members and friends that were aware of her pregnancy and even went as far as staying away from the cameras to conceal the good news.
Stephanie told Genevieve magazine that, “You just don’t say anything. Your family and friends know, but you stay at home and don’t go anywhere.
