Eruku town in Kwara State was thrown into chaos this evening, 18 November 2025, after armed bandits stormed a Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) branch and abducted several worshippers, including the pastor.
According to a local source who witnessed the aftermath, the attackers invaded the church during a gathering and opened fire, k!!!!ng three members on the spot.
The gunmen then rounded up an unknown number of worshippers and escaped with them into nearby bush paths.
Residents say the incident has further heightened fear across the Eruku–Egbe boundary communities, which have faced repeated att@cks in recent weeks.
