I’m Christie Bature , the CEO of 180 Degrees Rehabilitation Centre in Port Harcourt, a place where lives are restored, and people find healing and new beginnings. Though I was originally trained in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, God had other plans. Over the years, He has led me on a journey of counseling, recovery, and faith-based transformation. From campus outreaches where I speak to young people about self-worth and purpose, to couples outreach, ChristieBature concerts, and PACT Network (which supports those battling addictions), I’ve seen lives change in the most beautiful ways. By His grace, I’ve served as a Presidential Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, become a Certified Life Coach, and a Licensed Polygrapher with SAPAVSA (South Africa). I’ve also had the privilege of being honored with a Doctorate from Vine University, USA, and as a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, Nigeria. In 2021, we opened Sarah’s House — a safe home for battered women — a vision that continues to remind me of God’s heart for healing. Over the years, I’ve authored thirteen books and released six albums. Each one came from a place of prayer, reflection, and the gentle guidance of the Holy Spirit.
