Victor Osimhen --- i will do everything possible to see that no disãble persons are found helpless within My territory, we will create hands for those that doesn't have hands, we will create legs for those that doesn't have legs,.... this is the only project on my mind and I'm working on it with all seriousness, soon we will achieve this.... this was a promise I mãde to my mother because of her health conditions.. until I fulfill this I'm not fulfilled. It doesn't matter how long or what it will cost but this is all I want to achieve.
