Promise made, promise fulfilled.

In fulfillment of our promise, we handed over the mini bus we promised Mr Julius Agumba, who without any form of prior financial gratification crested our picture on a hired bus ,he was using to make ends meet as hire-purchase. Today, we have made Mr Julius a bus owner which is part of our human capacity development drive. Making people to be self dependent is what we are on about and GOD willing we'll follow-up this noble course within the life span of our administration. CITY MAYOR.
