On Sunday 8th may, 2022, all roads leads to the Arena Events center 30 Tombia, GRA phase 2, Portharcourt, as DAI creative clan presents another theatrical blockbuster titled 'BOLOBOLO', written and directed by Daniel Kpodoh.
Why the play Bolobolo?
Why not BoloBolo, permit me to say, that westernization has taken over and we need to remind ourselves of our culture because in culture we find our roots, we must not forget our roots. The next generation are sucked into the western lifestyle, we must preserve the Ijaw culture, let our children speak their language, let them know their dances and fall in love with the waist of the Ijaw woman and the prestige of the Ijaw man.

Nigeria today is a fallen state, sorry to say but the average man is struggling to survive, some die in silence, some steal to survive because they feel that's the only way. But I believe that there is another way let us focus on making the economy a better place and change starts from an individual, you must chose to act and get others to act then soon your voices will be heard and actions will be taken, we have to keep moving. We must take conscious and precise steps to build our nation and
Rekindling the love for the Ijaw culture.

What do you think Government and corporate organization stand to benefit if they partner with you?
Firstly, it is important to note that the Entertainment industry has taken a lot of people of the street, this is because the individuals realized there talent and worked hard at building their selves with support of people.
An entertainment industry that is built and maintained by the government, ready to recruit talent scattered across the Nigerian economy . Students get a place to go to after school and earn a salary, for their talent. The opportunities are endless with the right sponsorship.
It is also a tourist attraction, Foreigners come and get to learn about different cultures in Nigeria.
Finally, what are we expecting to see differently in the play bolobolo in respect to all other plays directed by you?
Well, this play is focused on promoting the Ijaw culture. On like the setting of Eksodu which was Yoruba land the message of BoloBolo is one that is targeted to the family, the play shows how strife can grow in the heart of young ones and one day explode, causing a divide that can never be rekindled. This art work encapsulates the beauty as well as the diversity of the rich culture of the Ijaw people.
