Christians Advised To Fight Insecurity … As Christ Embassy presents Exhibition in Port Harcourt


Christians in Nigeria have been advised to take the issue of security very seriously, and fight the prevalent insecurity, which is eating deep in the nation.
The Executive Governor of Rivers State, Rt. Hon Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi who statd this at the Loveworld (Christ Embassy) presentation of Exhibition 2012, in Port Harcourt, said in as much as Christians have endured it for a long time, just as Christ did, they should intensify their efforts in prayers to God, for solution to the problem.
Gov Amaechi, who was represented by his Special Adviser on NEPAD, Dr. Tex Wariboko, urged Christians to use their weapon, which is the bible to defeat every enemies, saying that the Loveworld Ministry should continue to improve the lives of the people.
Briefing the press before commissioning the exhibition 2012, the Exhibition Committee Chairman, Pastor Tony Aduroja, stated that the Loveworld exhibition was a unique opportunity to enlighten callers on the vision, mission and message of their General Overseer, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, and how it has grown consistently in scope and impact on the global scale.
Stating the achievement of the ministry so far, Pastor Aduroja, said, the church produces “Rapsody of Reality”, which is translated in 156 languages of the world, with millions of copies given free to people for the purpose of winning souls to God.
Also, enumerated as  achievements are: four satellite TV Stations, Healing Ministry, centres in Johannesburg, South Africa, Lagos, Nigeria, Terrestrial TV Stations, where millions of people are being reached, internet media ministry, campus ministry, inner city mission, which was born out of deep passion in the heart by Pastor Chris to reach the forgotten and dejected, especially the destitute children and Yookos, a ministry developed for micro blogging social networking website, loaded with combination of excited features.
He disclosed that the ministry in effort to contribute to nation building, provided some medical facilities to the Braitewaite Memorial Specialist Hospital Rivers State, materials to Port Harcourt prisons, built hospital, bore holes at Edo State and is also training young people on leadership and self employment.
Some of the dignitaries who were at the opening ceremony of the exhibition 2012, which  lasted for 7 days, are as follow, Dr. Tex Wariboko Rev. Tom Amenkhienan (Regional Pastor, Christ Embassy, South South) Pastor Joy Amenkhienan, Pastor Tony Aduroja, Pastor Kelvin Enabulele, Pastor Tari Kosuowei, Deacon (Dr) John Bossoh and others.
